For accounts and orders, we collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, order contents and transaction information. Seller accounts may provide store, verification and payout details. We process IP, device and usage information to operate and protect the service.
How we use it
We use information to manage accounts, fulfil orders and delivery, verify payment, handle returns and support, prevent fraud and improve the service. Marketing messages follow applicable choices and law.
Who receives it
The seller fulfilling an order may see the buyer’s name, phone and delivery address. Couriers receive delivery information, and the selected payment provider receives what is needed to process a payment. We may disclose information for valid legal requests. Sellers may not use order data for their own unrelated marketing.
Payments and security
We record direct payment transaction IDs and payment status. When card payment is enabled, the selected gateway handles card entry; you should not enter a card number or PIN on our site. Session cookies support login and carts; the language cookie remembers your preference. No online system is risk free.
Retention and your choices
We retain information as needed for orders, accounting, security and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained by law.
