Coverage
Checkout calculates delivery availability and charges from the items, seller settings and selected district. International addresses cannot be ordered through online checkout; contact the seller for an arrangement.
Charges and timing
Review the final delivery charge in the order summary before placing an order. Any seller estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Orders with items from multiple sellers may arrive separately and have separate charges.
Delivery problems
Keep your phone available for courier contact. If a parcel is delayed, damaged, incomplete or marked delivered without reaching you, contact support with the order number promptly. Confirm the parcel and retain packaging where practical.
Cash on delivery
COD appears only when all relevant seller and destination rules allow it. The checkout page shows the final methods available for that order.
