About the marketplace
Aravals Shop connects buyers with independent sellers. Product information, price, stock and seller delivery settings appear on the product and checkout pages. The order total shown at checkout includes applicable delivery fees and discounts.
Accounts and orders
You may browse without an account. Provide accurate contact and delivery details when ordering. We may contact you to confirm an order. An order may be cancelled if stock, price, payment or delivery details cannot be verified; we will contact you about any payment already received.
Payment
Only methods enabled at checkout are available for your order. Cash on delivery is offered where the seller and delivery address permit it. Direct transfers to a seller remain unverified until the transaction is checked; entering a transaction ID alone does not prove payment. Do not send card PINs, OTPs or passwords to sellers or support.
Sellers and content
Sellers are responsible for lawful, accurate listings and fulfilment. Buyers and sellers must not misuse accounts, impersonate others, submit false transactions or list prohibited products. We may remove listings or restrict accounts to protect users and comply with law.
Delivery, returns and support
Delivery charges and estimates depend on the seller and destination. Read the Shipping and Delivery and Returns and Refunds policies before ordering. Contact us through the Contact page for an order problem. Applicable consumer rights under Bangladesh law remain available.
Updates
We may update these terms for future use. The version published when an order is placed governs that order, subject to applicable law.
